My coaching allows leaders to gain deeper insights about themselves and transform the way they work.
I’m at my most curious when talking with people about leadership as their agency rather than just their title, and talking with teams about how they actually work together. I centre equity, power, and inner development work in all I host. I hold space for conversation, stay focused on impact, and help people feel empowered.
